What good yoga DVDs intermediate / advanced are out there?
I'm looking for a good Ashtanga yoga DVD that caters to students at intermediate / advanced for the time in between classes. I like the kinds of Rodney Yee DVD, but finding them very easy and now I want to take my practice to the next level. Any suggestions would be welcome!
Ashtanga Yoga: Second and third series with David Swenson Ashtanga Yoga: Advanced A and B Series with David Swenson I have not seen none of the above, only Swenson "The Practice: The first series," which I found very good instruction. You may want to note that the reviewers Amazon sense that both these two DVDs were "demonstration" of "instructional" videos. Namaste, "DWB
