3) It will probably be sufficient nausea and the pain is so intense you can not function at all

SOLUTIONS

Lie in the dark room and try to relax

Analgesics

Magnetic necklace, although these are the most used proactively see C) below

The neck-site support and the imams in charge of the case to see more down

CAUSES

The main triggers of migraines seem to be

A) The chemistry of the body-hormonal

B) The stress and emotional strain

C) Physical muscular disruption to supply blood to the head of

SOLUTIONS

Keep a diary to establish the cycle or pattern and learn the "advance warning" signs at first signal, or when an attack by —

Keeping a magnetic necklace

Use a tape

Lie down and try to relax in a dark room

Analgesics

DESCRIPTION

B) The stress and emotional strain that begins in the brain trauma that in turn triggers a migraine. The mechanism may be that stress causes muscle tension see C) below

SOLUTIONS

Try to learn the techniques that reduce stress, ie Yoga Tai Chi Mediation

Use a magnetic support in the neck at night when you're tense

At the first sign of hardening of the muscles apply ferrite magnets Spot 800 S-1 and S-2 in tight areas

DESCRIPTION

C) Physics, in this type of activation often has a hardening of the muscle structure in the upper back. There is an area between the spine and shoulder blades, where the muscles get very tight and this extends to the neck. This appears to reduce the blood supply to the head and this in turn triggers a migraine. The restriction may be due to stress, but can also be overuse of muscles.

SOLUTIONS

At the first sign of tightening muscles apply magnets ferrite Spot 800 S-1 and S-2 in tight areas

Practice some form of relaxation

Often cited is the chocolate, but food intolerances can be triggers. The Migraine may not occur for some time after eating the offending food, it takes time to digest and separate the chemicals that you might intolerant a. It may seem laborious to keep a diary of what you eat when you eat and your activities, but if you can avoid an attack is all worthwhile.
