Anyone who has the Wii Fit can respond to this?
For anyone who has the Wii Fit, for example, individual exercises, plus step, etc are best for losing weight or have an impact on your body? Usually I do three minutes of basic step, 2 minutes of a yoga pose, then do five minutes of the stage. After doing 10 minutes of super hula hoop then make 10 free minutes and end up with a 12-minute jog around island. Is this right or you think I should change it a strengthening routine 40 minutes with three sets of reinforcement as I have heard is the intensification good for losing weight? Do you think we should stick to my routine or try this new normal? Thanks x:)
Keep your normal routine, but that 5 yoga step 2 involve a step super hula hoop May 10 jog 10 steps, more I LOVE MY WII Xxxxxx
