Looking at women aerobics video funny?
Hi, I'm starting to do some aerobic exercises. Unfortunately i cannot really go to class for several reasons. Rather I am interested in videos. so far I've only used a few free online. Can anyone suggest some women out there good videos. I'm looking for something that is aimed at women with only trainers, that's fun, low-impact-med (i may want to move up later) and good music is an advantage too. Also, do not want to buy a lot of equipment, preferably none. Anything like yoga would be too difficult, I want something relatively easy to learn. Thanks for everyone's help!
the foot of the videos are funny pounds. Aerobic not really, but a good exercise.
