Yoga for beginners People w / rheumatoid arthritis and lupus?
I'm looking for recommendations for Hatha Yoga DVD for beginners. I want something that is relatively slow so you can learn basic attitudes and work on strength and flexibility. I am a woman of 33 with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus systemic. How to walk and lift light weights, but I feel like I'm lacking in strength and flexibility. I did yoga a few years ago, but now I can not follow the vigorous pace of the classes. I forgot almost everything I learned. I looking for something that can be used daily or at least a few times a week. I wish I could have attitudes basic to work and use anytime I need. I have limited energy, and I want to be able to walk at least when you really do not want anything too vigorously. I want to learn the basic positions again and build on that. I'd be interested in any links online programs useful.
sorry i do not know of any DVD you can watch and training. If you have cable and TiVo is not a show on at 6 am on the Oxygen network called Inhale. It is a hatha yoga class / show training, about 45 minutes long. Each day of the same group, but the routine is different. They hold each pose for a bit. They do not go into detail about struct represent the insteructor call and moves on it, quick tell him what not to do, and draw someone who is doing well. because he has done yoga in the past that well maybe for you to try, it's free (if you have the channel) and you can always see once and see if it's something for you. As for something to buy, again sorry. You can always google. This sounds strange, but you can always search for 'Yoga for kids' or something like that. I think that something like this would teach in detail how to move in each position and be really slow and light on the joints. Another appoligy I do not know their conditions (symptoms) so I can not give full advice. But after reading what I sugested I'm sure you can see if it is right for you.
