insomnia help … CD suggestions!?
Sleeping pills are amazing, but I can not get addicted to them. I think I'm very nervous and on the edge, even when resting in bed, out … and then my brain begins to turn and then I am not asleep UNIL 4 or 5 am. If anyone knows of any exercise meditation you can do alone in a room without seeing a video tape or music CD would be greatly appreciated. I have no fear of silence, but I'd rather be in my thoughts to music and do not bring outside influences. I do not want to buy a tape of instruction, but if you know of any good meditation or yoga or CDs the new era, please let me know the titles and artists. Thanks!
