Advances in yoga breathing yoga breathing called Pranayama is the art of breath control. Immortality, immortality, longevity, wealth, prosperity, quality relationships, fame, fortune, and even cosmic events can be mastered through breathing correct and pranayama.

Pranayama is the art of mastering the breath is a way to become immortal yogis. Some keys to increase the length and depth of Samadhi include; not eat large meals (at least 1.5 hours before doing pranayama), not stimulants such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, sugar, chocolate, or even the speed and cocaine, etc. Cleaner of the diet, plus the Asanas (yoga postures or what is generally thought that the Western world as yoga), and even regular practice of mindfulness meditation, the mantra, and the desire to be witnesses of God all help increase the appearance of entering and staying in Samadhi.
