kundalini yoga meditation classes
Yoga or Tai Chi for "older" ladies?

My mother and her best friend, both in their mid 50's, is seeking a new way get some exercise. On Sundays, they have the opportunity to take any yoga or tai chi (yoga is a low impact session, but a great place to start) Although I have practiced yoga for almost 2 years, I know almost nothing about tai chi. In your opinion, do you think that yoga and tai chi is the best place for them to start? Yoga class kundalini and is mostly meditation, not in the best shape of their lives, but have made great progress with Weight Watchers. However, do not exercise regularly. I would like some advice as to what type of exercise would be best for them, given their circumstances. I would also like some information on tai chi. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes completlely of tai chi. Thanks so very much in advance for your advice. My mom is the light of my life and I love her to find a way of exercise that you like

I do not know much about yoga, but I've been thinking about taking classes yet, but I took tia chi, I used to study kung fu. tia chi is much yoga as in some respects, in my exp. tia chi focus mainly on breathing, meditation and the creation of energy known as chi. tia chi is supposed to be real and clean break.
