yoga mat should I buy? nike or lululemon?
hi all, I'm going to start yoga classes soon … Just wanted to know what would be your recommendations a good buy carpet i start both of them and want to go on .. once you have made a decision. This Nike, the 3 mm .. it has nice straps. My father was a Nike yoga mat and seemed to have skimped on the thickness that was 4 mm above http://runningfree.com/detail.aspx?ID=13744 or align i lululemon ultra carpet as the mat align is thicker .. I do not know if that means its not so hard on my back. but I have heard many comments from her and not so great – no more straps that I can see … which is a drawback. any help would be great! thanks!-gee
