Yes, Power Yoga will definitely help you get the results are looking for. Have you also thought about trying Hot Yoga? You may have to look at fitness clubs in your area to see if it's offered, but will begin to show results in only 3 or 4 sessions. Very good ideas you have there. Good luck!
