im 13….can i lose this weight by doing these exercises?

1000-1200 cal diet (because thats as low as u can go without starvation mode booting up) 2 mile run or walk (power walk) every day. Plus floor exercises for 30 min per day. And yoga once on twice a week. I weigh 125 currently and i want to lose 15lb. is it possible? im 5’6.5″ pls dont tell me that I dont need to lose weight. Because im only 13 and at my age and height i should still only be weighing from 105-116. So will 2 months of this work? Oh and i will eat only healthy food.

oh and dont tell my that i dont need to lose weight because im only 13. You know what? If ur ubove the 50th percentile u should lose weight.

You’re 5’6” so your weight is within the healthy range. You’re thinking you’re overweight because it technically is more than you should be for your age. But you’re also taller than most people your age. I was 5’1” at 13 and 100 pounds was considered underweight. I’m 20 and 5’3”, and 112 pounds and I’m still considered underweight.

You’re 13. What makes you think you know more than adults that you’re asking through Yahoo? We’ve been there before. You should ask a doctor before you go on here.
