Prenatal Yoga …?
I've watched several videos prenatel online. What I would like to know is whether someone who can recommend a good experience for video who is not used to doing yoga regularly. I would rather have a DVD with short-changes oppsed quarters as a series or set. Also, any opinion on the Shiva Rea DVD? Its recommended by Amazon. Of course, I want to be as safe as possible while integrating all the benefits of yoga in my life. I do yoga in bird past, but never on a regular basis.
I took prenatal yoga classes and loved it. For the quarter changes in my class there in which women in all stages of pregnancy, from barely showing to burst, and all did the same exercises. We changed them only slightly depending on how far they could move because of the size of the belly. I am sure that video / dvd you chose will be good. All prenatal yoga is slow and gentle, if not do anything that hurts, not will harm your baby. My teacher had a saying: "If it feels good, if not do not." It is simple and makes sense.
