Enough exercise?

I walk/jog 2 hours everyday and i do at least some other kind of cardio for 45 minutes.

Today I did yoga booty ballet for 45 min
walked/jogged for 2 hours
and did 30 min of abs and
30 min of working of my butt….

Plus I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and drink alot of water/green tea

do you think i’ll lose alot of weight/get in shape soon?

that sounds like a lot of exercise, if you can add some weight training to that regimen you should be fine, maybe like 3 days a week, plus all of that cardio and you should get leaner quick. You should eat every 3 hours. You can eat healthy snacks like yogurt, nuts, fruit, veggies, protein bars, protein shake, protein smoothies in between your regular meals.

and if you are doing that much cardio you will need to drink a lot of water and tea to stay hydrated.
