I'd like to try yoga or pilates, but can not make classes / buy a DVD, so there is something online to test?
I'm 15 and not I pay for something that truly FYI (and, parents or not), so I was wondering if there are videos or simple instructions that I could download or a site somewhere for me to do something at home?
Check YouTube. That's where I started to do hatha yoga, and most of the videos have links to their Internet sites that can access the longer videos. Try to find Laura Hudson for Pilates! She is great!
