Decreasing Chest Area & Double Chin?
Like every women out there, I’m trying to lose weight (yes I am a woman). Just starting out for a week now and I love it. I’m doing 1 mile jog and 30 mins turbo jam (fat blaster). I will start yoga too as soon as my mat arrives in the mail.
My question is: What else can I do to decrease my chest area and I guess around my shoulders too? I want to wear smaller size shirts. I’m currently a D cup and want to go smaller too. Another question is, how would I lose that double chin of mine so I can take great pictures?!

Really the only thing you can do is work out, and eat healthy. Eat three small, but healthy meals a day, and work out for at least a half hour every day. If you want to lose weight quick I’d work out an hour a day.
