Healthy Foods For Diet?
Hi. I’m trying to lose about 20-30 pounds as fast as I can (Healthy way), and also tone up my body (Trying not to gain huge muscles). I do Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope, Running up and down stairs, ect. for about an hour. I do yoga for about thirty minutes and stretches for about ten minutes to warm myself up. After I’m done with all that then I do about 200 crunches legs on floor, 200 crunches legs up, 200 crossovers, 200 bicycles crunches, 100 plea squats with 5lb’s in each hand, 100 lunges each leg, 200 lower and ups (hands on wall, pulling body up on tiptoes) 400 bridges, 400 thigh crunches each leg, and about 200 side crunches each side. So, I would like to know if you have any ideas on foods I should eat to help me achieve my goal?. . .
Or also any more exercises I should be doing….? Thanks =]
