Samadhi a final step in Hatha Yoga

We have already mentioned that samadhi is the last step on the road eight times for yoga . Ordinary people only know the lower and middle states of consciousness "unconsciousness, sub-consciousness and conscience." Few people know that mind can rise to super-consciousness state known as samadhi.

Samadhi is beyond reason, beyond intellect and beyond the functioning of the mind. It is a matter of practice, theory, and therefore it is impossible to philosophize on the subject. However, the reality and existence of this state, is scientifically possible through yoga kriya, has spiritual teachers, saints and prophets throughout all time and experience super-consciousness are the foundations on which the great world religions are built.

Once the practitioner has attained samadhi yoga, the mind remains fully awake through affected by mental fatigue, which affects the average person.
