Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga more
Yoga is a dynamic system that elegantly synchronizes breath with movement, and provides greater flexibility strength, endurance, balance, breath control and relaxation.
Vinyasa
Each position (asana) is associated with breathing synchronized movements called vinyasa, which links breath and movement, so that the sequence of messages in a flow from beginning to end. It is predetermined, where a position that has to breathe in and out. Just as there is an established way in and out of each position. Finally, the messages in a very specific order. Traditionally perform a full vinyasa between each asana and vinyasa midway between the left and right sides. This serves as a juxtaposition to the previous asana, increases circulation and facilitates stiffness before moving on to the next position. When performing vinyasa built and kept warm in the body and also causes excessive perspiration, which according to tradition Yoga is the body atrense necessary.
Three techniques
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is working both physically and mentally. Three key technical ujjayi breathing is special – also known hvisleåndedrættet – and three body lock (mula bandha (root lock), Uddiyana bandha (Maverick) and Jalandhara bandha (chin lock)) and visual focal points, dristi call, for example. may be the nose or thumb. When these three come together in a Tristana higher entity called, you can experience yoga, meditation in motion. With the stomach brakes (Uddiyana-bandha), and blockage of the roots (mula bandha) activated creates an impulse from the abdomen and stomach, giving a lightness throughout the body.
Three series and two hundred posts Ashtanga method, more two hundred classic yoga asanas. These are grouped in a certain order, called series. Three sets of the series in the Ashtanga Yoga system and the first (primary), intermediate (intermediate) and advanced, B, C and D (advanced). As its name indicates increasing severity from one to the next series, and jobs are becoming deeper.
The first series is also called Yoga Chikitsa, which means yoga therapy. Its purpose is to know therapeutically to correct, strengthen and cleanse the body.
The Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana) strengthens and clean, then the nervous system. Is more intense than the first series.
The third series or advanced (Sthira Bhaga) is even stronger and develops high strength, flexibility, body control and endurance.

You do traditionally seen anything of the following series before mastering the previous series. Lun end your practice with a series of end positions which helps cool the body after warm up for practice.

Each set includes heating (salutations to the sun) standing positions bagoverbøjninger leans forward, turns the body and balance exercises and strength training. The whole series ends with the cooling position end, followed by relaxation. Each position has its own therapeutic effect. But only when done in conjunction with the series, you get the full effect.
