What is your favorite yoga DVD / instructor?
I'm going on vacation and would like to have a yoga practice DVD with Quick Start day every day while on vacation. I prefer vinyasa, but I'm open to other people. Can anyone recommend a great DVD or instructor very particular, it could be my "must have" item of travel so you can continue the practice during the trip? Thank you in advance!
